After being aged drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, it's aged in our own handcrafted barrels. Tennessee whiskey doesn't follow a calendar. It's only ready when the taster tells us to. We judge it by its appearance. By its aroma. And of course, by its taste. That's how Jack Daniel's himself did it a century ago. And we still do it today.
