Heaven Hill Grain to Glass embodies our long-standing commitment to craftsmanship, transparency, and quality. Each year, we select a specific corn variety, proudly displaying it on the label along with a unique mash bill. The corn variety used in the second edition is Beck’s 6225. Distilled in 2018, the second edition of Heaven Hill Grain to Glass was barreled at 107 proof and aged for six years on the third, fourth, and fifth floors of the W5 and W6 rickhouses. It was then bottled at 105 proof, barrel proof, without chill filtration.
