Using the same trusted Wheated Bourbon mashbill and Beck’s Hybrids corn seed variety, the series is aged each year in a unique barrel type selected by the Master Distiller in collaboration with Independent Stave Company. The 2025 edition features Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon aged for seven years in Chinquapin oak, a rare Missouri white oak, for added depth and complexity. Bottled at 105 proof, this release builds upon the signature Grain to Glass foundation, revealing a whole new flavor dimension with notes of butterscotch, oak, and black pepper.
