Like the original, Bernheim Barrel Proof is produced at the Bernheim distillery and is the first wheat whiskey to use winter wheat as its primary ingredient, resulting in a smoother, sweeter flavor profile. Released twice a year, it is aged for seven to nine years in an open rickhouse. Bottled unchill-filtered and barrel proof, it offers the opportunity to experience this unique wheat mashbill in its purest form.
