Evan Williams Single Barrel is the only single-barrel bourbon on the market with a vintage-year designation. Similar to selecting vintage wines, distillers hand-select individual barrels that meet their own criteria. Each bottle is then labeled with the year it was bottled, the year it was bottled, and the exact barrel number of the single barrel from which it was distilled.
