This collection pays tribute to the sherry journey that began in our own vineyards in Jerez. It captures the spectrum of natural colors developed by the sherry wines used in the maturation process in carefully selected oak casks, and their interaction with the oak during the process. The youngest whisky in the collection, and with the lightest natural color, the Color Collection 12 Years Old displays a golden oak hue, revealing delicate flavors of sweet oak, lemon, and vanilla.
