This collection is a tribute to the sherry journey that began in our own vineyards in Jerez. It captures the diverse natural spectrum of colors developed through the interaction between the sherry wine and the sherry-seasoned oak used in the seasoning process in the finest oak casks. With flavors of toasted oak, orange, and creamy vanilla, this whisky has a natural beech color, the result of the harmonious fusion of the new-make spirit and carefully selected oak casks over many years.
