This collection celebrates Macallan's dedication to natural color and sherry seasoning. The 21-Year-Old oak casks used in the Color Collection were seasoned with sherry from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. With flavors of tropical fruit, coffee, hazelnut, and dark chocolate orange, this whisky has a natural, warm bronze hue, a result of the harmonious melding of the new-make spirit and carefully selected oak casks over many years.
