Master Distiller Billy Walker, with 50 years of experience, has cultivated a philosophy of wood innovation, sourcing the world's finest casks to elevate the spirit to its optimal state, creating a truly exceptional single malt. Matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, with a small number of virgin oak casks and red wine barriques, this bronze-hued spirit showcases the sophistication of sherry maturation. Glenallachie 8 Year Old is bottled at 46% ABV to ensure maximum flavour and is unchill-filtered to retain its natural color.
