Known for its pale color and delicate flavors, Fino is the driest of the Sherry styles. It requires a minimum of two years of biological maturation under a layer of "flor," a yeast that prevents oxidation. Maturation in former Fino hogshead casks creates a single malt bursting with notes of ripened pear, candied almonds, and vanilla custard. We present The Wood Collection with honesty, with a high 48% ABV, natural color, and non-chill filtering, allowing each unique spirit to speak for itself.
