Welcome to Laag Single Malt Corycravie Edition, the second Core Range single malt from Laag Distillery. Bottled in limited quantities each year, Corycravie Edition is matured in bourbon barrels before being finished for approximately six months in Oloroso sherry hogsheads sourced directly from producer Miguel Martín in Jerez, Spain. The malt is crafted from Concerto malt and water drawn from the distillery's own borehole, and the yeast and fermentation time we selected yield the full-bodied flavor profile we sought in this distillation. The taste profile is slightly richer than the Kilmorey Edition, with sweeter spices and richer fruit notes taking center stage. Corycravie Edition is bottled at 55% ABV, unchill-filtered, and without any added artificial colours.
