We are delighted to announce the launch of Rag Single Malt Kilmory Edition, the first core range and flagship single malt from Rag Distillery. Crafted using Concerto malt and water sourced from the distillery's own borehole, Rag Kilmory Edition, with yeast and fermentation time selected, delivers a full-bodied, vibrant, and fresh flavor profile that Rag Single Malt will continue to strive for. The peat influence, complemented by vanilla and creamy character from American oak, creates the backbone of a timeless, signature Rag Single Malt. Kilmory Edition embodies the Rag House Style, centered around the use of peated spirits and bourbon barrels. Aged in 100% first-fill bourbon barrels, it is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or the addition of artificial colours.
