This limited edition is initially matured in refill casks, then for a further six months in casks made from grapes sourced from Cadillac, a 40-hectare sustainably farmed vineyard in southern Bordeaux. The Cadillac AOC region's maritime climate, limestone-rich gravel soils, and sunny, south-facing slopes produce a sweet, aromatic wine that beautifully enhances the whisky's depth, richness, and character.
