Local Barley is an annual limited release crafted from barley grown in Campbelltown and surrounding areas. Each year, local farmers are commissioned to grow the barley for the distillery, ensuring this limited-edition production continues "from grain to glass." The different farms, barley varieties, cask maturation methods, and varying maturation times of each batch ensure each customer receives a unique tasting experience with a distinct personality.
