The Glengrant 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a reinterpretation of the original The Glengrant 12 Year Old, adding the sweetness of ripe fruits and the complex flavors of spice unique to sherry cask maturation to the delicate flavors of fruit and vanilla. It is a whisky completed through a two-stage maturation process, blending the original spirit aged in bourbon barrels and sherry casks separately, and then placing it back in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks and maturing for approximately 6 to 9 months.
