Silky and sumptuous, The Altus 25 Years Old opens with a fragrant bouquet of carnation, rose, orange blossom and honey, intertwined with subtle hints of ripe peach, vanilla, almond and nutty toffee. On the palette, layers of mandarin, apple, pear and peach burst forth, balanced by tangy gooseberry and yellow plum, before sweet butter candy tones meld into soft oak nuances reminiscent of marzipan, icing sugar and ripe banana, lingering with elegant sweetness on a long, harmonious finish.
