This whisky is Dr. Bill's attempt to capture the magic of the endless red, orange, and purple sunsets in a single bottle. Lasanta begins in our tall, giraffe-like stills, producing a delicate, fruity spirit. It then matures for 12 years in bourbon and sherry casks, transforming into a luscious journey on the palate, a blend of rich spice and sun-drenched sweetness. Flavors of ripe raisins, honeycomb, and chocolate-covered hazelnuts unfold, gently caressing the palate with a gentle cinnamon breeze. Just as each sunset reveals a different landscape, each sip of Lasanta reveals a new side to the experience.
