Absolut Brooklyn
Product Info
Designed in collaboration with renowned film director and actor Spike Lee, the bottle is a colorful tribute to the very town he grew up in, Stupe. The mirrored print on the back of the bottle, visible through the clear vodka, infused with red apple and ginger flavors, creates a visual depth to "Stupe," a nod to his Brooklyn roots. Thoughtful details, such as Brooklyn's nicknames engraved on the stairs and a line from Lemon Andersen's love letter to Brooklyn, are also not to be missed. Spike Lee and Lemon Andersen made films on the streets of Brooklyn, paying homage to their shared hometown, expressing their respect and love for the city that shaped their unique creative expressions as artists of different disciplines. This campaign inspired us so much that even the iconic "Lars Olsson Smith" seal, a constant fixture on the Absolut bottle, has been given a makeover, featuring Lee in a baseball cap and glasses. Beyond marketing, we've had the honor of partnering with Habitat for Humanity and Habitat-NYC, incredible organizations that transform lives and cities by building quality, affordable housing for families in need. In addition to donating $50,000 from the proceeds, Spike Lee, visual strategist Fuse Green, and Brooklyn-based artist-owned retailer Brooklyn Industries have partnered to create a limited-edition t-shirt celebrating Brooklyn's Stoop Life, with a portion of the proceeds going to Habitat-NYC.
