Our Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin began life as a refreshing citrus Artist's Edition, born from the popular 'Design a Rock Rose Gin Label' competition in 2016. In 2019, our distilling team revived it with a fresher version using organic, hand-cut pink grapefruit peel, steam-infused with other traditional gin botanicals in a botanical basket, and then gently sweetened with muscovado sugar.
