First distilled in August 2020 as a limited edition for the Craft Gin Club, the response was so positive that it was eventually incorporated into the core lineup. This most experimental edition to date, this gin is inspired by the Caithness coastline, distilled using locally foraged kelp sourced from Shore Seaward and licorice salt from the Hebridean Mustard Company.
