Our Autumn Edition is distilled with traditional Rock Rose botanicals, along with a variety of locally grown botanicals. Blackberries and raspberries from Casey's Summer Fruits and blaeberries from the Dunnet region impart bursting berry aromas, while Vietnamese coriander and nasturtium flowers from our own geodome add a spicy kick to the gin.
