Inspired by Claire's favorite Christmas drink, we've created a new drink by maturing Rock Rose Gin in Oloroso sherry casks. With a complex, nutty, leathery texture and dried fruit nuances, the sherry adds a dense flavor and depth to the casks, gradually infusing the gin with its character over time.
