Ethically sourced coffee from farms around the world, roasted by the Ovenbird team in Glasgow, is then perfectly blended with Holy Grass Vodka, distilled in a traditional vapor-infusion still called the Elizabeth. The process infuses the spirit with rich, dark chocolate and vanilla notes from the beans.
