We're thrilled to partner with the North Coast 500 (NC500), the world-renowned coastal road route that loops the North Highlands, to create a vodka worthy of its name. Crafted from Black Isle holly grass and apple juice, we've created a vodka that pays tribute to local scientist Robert Dick, who rediscovered the Northern Holly grass growing along the banks of the River Sussloe. We've then distilled it with local watermint and verbena to create a wonderfully creamy and smooth vodka.
