Mapmaker’s Rum

Our distiller, Kevin, distills his house rum twice in custom-designed copper pot stills, using only the middle cut from this second distillation for Mapmakers Rum. This rum is then blended with Caribbean rum and Loch Calder water, and, for a touch of expertise, spiced with local botanicals like lemon verbena, scorby grass, sea kelp, and Scottish sea salt.
