Cuilla 8 Year Old Pace Il 2025 Edition is a bold limited edition that pushes the boundaries of maturation, finished in Quercus Humboldtii casks, a rare Colombian oak from the Andes. Matured initially in butt and hogshead casks, then further matured for 1.5 years in these medium-toasted casks, this whisky reveals a unique harmony of floral and sweet chocolate notes layered over Cuilla's signature coastal peat smoke. Low in tannins and close-grained, this experimental wood imparts a balanced and refined profile, limited to approximately 1,680 bottles from just six casks.
