Liqueur D'Elixir 1605

This liqueur was first created in 2005 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the manuscript of the Elixir de Longue vie, which the Maréchal d'Estrées gave to the Chartreux monks of Bavaria in 1605. It was inspired by the Liqueur de Santé or Elixir de Table, developed in the early 19th century, the recipe of which would later be developed into Chartreuse Vert in 1840.
