Our 25 Years celebrates the distillery's unique stills, signature style, and the flavors created through distillation and maturation. Master Blender Michael Henry combines three distinct types of spirit (different styles and cut points) from our unique straight-neck stills, then matures them for 25 years in first-fill, refill, and Richard American oak casks before meticulously marrying them to create a rich and complex whisky with notes of toasted oak, caramel, and cinnamon spice.
