Hibiki 12 Years is a blend of carefully selected malts aged for over 12 years, various types of grains aged for over 12 years, and ‘Umeshu Cask Aged Malt’ aged in casks that were used to store plum wine (umeshu) to further enhance the sweet and bright flavors characteristic of Suntory whisky. Long-term aged malts of over 30 years are added to complete a mild and smooth taste with a depth and a sense of maturity.
