Born as an homage to the Kavalan Distillery's hometown in Yilan, LÁN is a unique single malt whisky that embodies Taiwan's status as the "Kingdom of Orchids." Refreshing vanilla notes from bourbon casks blend with nutty, floral aromas from port casks, while the sweetness of caramelized fruits from vineyard casks, aged using the STR (Shave, Toast, Rechar) process, are layered with dessert, nutty, and woody tones, creating a masterpiece of delicate balance between lightness and elegance, and layers of pure, yet unexpected flavors.
