This spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, developing a base of soft vanilla and honey notes. A portion of the spirit is then transferred to top-quality sherry casks, some of which previously held rare and aged Oloroso sherry. These carefully selected casks further enhance the whisky's rich character.
