Penelope Barrel Strength is bourbon in its purest form. Undiluted or chill-filtered, this barrel-strength bourbon is as delicious as Penelope's signature Four Grain blend, but with even more power. Each batch of Barrel Strength is a blend of three bourbon mash bills and aged in hand-selected new American oak barrels. This process adds notes of caramel syrup and subtle barrel char, further expanding the balanced flavor profile of the classic Four Grain.
