Peerless® Rye is meticulously distilled to develop a complex flavor profile. Our Single Barrel Selection allows us to fully focus on the unique characteristics of each barrel. Our team meticulously hand-selects barrels for their unique, natural profiles, which are then presented in the Peerless Single Barrel Distillery Selection. Once selected, each barrel is bottled and given a unique label, making this selection exclusive to the Peerless® distillery. Each barrel typically yields 160-200 bottles. As always, Peerless® whiskey is bottled barrel proof, ensuring our customers experience the intense flavors specifically selected for them. All Peerless® whiskey is produced with integrity, without any outside sources. It is not chill-filtered and strictly sweet-mashed. It is barrel proof, water-free, and made in the USA.
