A mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% barley was used. After maturation, it was macerated in a blend of new American oak (40%), French oak (40%), and sherry cask (20%) pieces (Oak Bill™) to create a complex flavor of rich spices and fruits, along with vanilla and caramel.
