Five Calvados casks from the legendary Christian Drouin family, renowned for their meticulous craftsmanship spanning three generations and winning over 289 gold medals, were brought from Normandy, France, to Bardstown to infuse this hand-selected bourbon blend. After a deep 28-month slumber, the whisky is then matured in medium-toasted American oak, bringing out layers of caramel, spice, and toasted almonds. The result is an elegant harmony of fresh orchard fruit and smooth bourbon sweetness, mingling with subtle wood smoke and a whisper of vanilla.
