"Hokkaido Mizunara Oak" begins with a blend of whiskies aged between nine and 18 years, carefully selected for their harmony and depth. It is then further matured for an additional 28 months in Japanese Mizunara oak, a period of extended maturation that fully brings out the unique character of the Mizunara wood.
