A custom blend of bourbon and rye whiskeys is aged for 14 months in 10 hand-selected Carter Cellars Napa Valley Cabernet wine barrels. The barrels are meticulously moved and rotated throughout the rickhouse during this aging process, resulting in a beautifully balanced, rich, dark fruit profile with the distinctive spice of French oak.
