The 16.1 Edition is crafted from 100% Scottish Concerto barley, malted to 101.4 ppm, and aged in casks for five years, reaching 59.3% ABV. This elegant spirit is aged in first-fill bourbon barrels, imparting a surprisingly delicate yet intense peat smoke. Flavors of salted caramel, honeyed melon, and apricot lead to chocolate and coconut, with a soft earthy minerality and a long, smoky finish.
