Made with the same 101.4PPM malted Scottish barley as the 16.1, the 16.2 edition is matured in carefully selected Oloroso sherry and Bordeaux wine casks, before being finished in Madeira and Portuguese Moscatel casks to create a rich and complex flavor profile. It is brimming with flavors of caramelized sugar, toasted nuts, and dried fruit, all wrapped in a sweet campfire smoky aroma.
