Highland Park 54 Year Old is the oldest and rarest whisky we have ever produced, and as such, it boasts a distinctive flavour profile that is intense and aromatic, with a striking clarity of Orkney heather peat smoke. Matured since 1968, it was completed in 2008 by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motton in a selection of the finest casks for further maturation, and is now presented in special cases and decanters that pay homage to over half a century of craftsmanship and Orkney artistry.
